Let's Move Past Hollywood Gate-Keepers!
As an independent filmmaker, you've done your homework. You've read as much as you can, you have gained on-set experience, you may have even made movies! But still, the path into Hollywood is hidden behind gatekeepers. If you're diverse, the path is even more arduous. I believe that when we all work together, we can shape what we want the next iteration of Hollywood to look like.
I've been in the industry for over 15 years and I have had options, sales, worked in independent film, in-front of, and behind the camera. I have cultivated a network that that has given me insight into the way things are truly operating and how we can get past those road-blocks, to be recognized for the table we are bringing to the banquet. I would love to put that knowledge to use for you... because in truth, I can't build the future of Hollywood without you.
Your voice and your stories are needed and necessary. What I can offer is to give you the most up to date information that I have in helping you craft your marketing approach, your casting requirements, your budgets, and your stories to make them irresistible to a Hollywood that is asking for diversity but still expecting a certain professional approach.
Book a free intro-call with me to discuss where you are at with your current project and if we need more time, there are low-cost options for half-hour, and hour-long development calls with me or a member of my staff who are all well-versed in the current industry status-quo (and hint... they want to help reshape it too.) If you want to get coverage, you can purchase it directly from the store tab above, and if you would like to get coverage plus a one-hour development call then you can book that below as well. For my actors and private clients, please use the booking links below to book your audition prep and coaching appointments.
I look forward to meeting you, and helping you craft the story that is authentic in its representation, and giving you the roadmap to get it past the Hollywood gatekeepers.
Yours in production,
Krystal M. Harris
